MSRNA is a voluntary, grass-roots neighborhood organization with by-laws, officers, annual member meetings, and social events. Individuals and families support the organization with annual contributions of $15. Businesses are asked to contribute $30 annually. We send out monthly e-newsletters informing residents of city plans, neighborhood events and news.

We want to keep Middle Shooks Run among the best neighborhoods in Colorado Springs for residents to live, work, and play. We cherish its unique homes and history; the urban tree canopy, sidewalks, and its walkability and bikeability; its parks and playgrounds; and friendly, helpful neighbors.
Our History
The Middle Shooks Run Neighborhood Association (MSRNA) was formed in the 1970s when the City of Colorado Springs was making major changes to the area that is now Shooks Run Park and adjacent areas.
